Clint Rusch is an award-winning leader, a decorated combat veteran, and a proven executive. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, he served nearly a decade in the U.S. Army, including overseas assignments in the Far East and Middle East, before embarking on a private sector career that has included operations, quality, business development, finance, and executive leadership roles.
During his tenure as President and CEO of NorthPoint Logistics, Mr. Rusch led the company to be recognized as the fastest-growing privately held global logistics firm in the country, being twice named to the Inc 5000, as well as being named one of America’s Best Workplaces by Inc, and named the Midwest Company of the Year and the Most Resilient Business of the Year at the 2022 Best in Biz Awards. He is a former Partner at Propulo Consulting, a boutique Toronto firm providing specialized executive guidance into issues of industrial safety and customer experience, the former Chief Operating Officer of Flow Therapy, an innovative cardiovascular care organization based in Fort Worth, Texas, and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He has Chaired of the Commission on Aging for the City of Grand Prairie, Texas, where under his leadership, the city was named one of Forbes Magazine’s Best Places to Retire, and has served on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Association of Chi Psi.
Mr. Rusch lives in the Kansas City area with his wife and two children, where he enjoys golfing, watching sports, barbecuing, and reading about history. He is a recipient of the Bronze Star Medal and the Noble Patron of Armor designation.

Led a finance process improvement team as a Senior Manager of Business Process Consulting at McKesson, the largest pharmaceutical distributor in North America.
Served as the Director of Quality for PLS Logistics, a rapidly growing logistics brokerage provider based in Pittsburgh, PA.
Earned Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification at the University of Houston.
Led the newly formed Project Management Office for Ruan Transport, one of the largest dedicated transportation providers in the country, after beginning in operations management focused on the Southern United States.
Served as a Soldier and Military Officer, leading troops in training, combat, and rebuilding operations around the world with the US Army.
Completed Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Wisconsin, studying Political Science, History, International Relations, and Military Science.
