My 'User Manual'

A few years ago, I was introduced to the idea of a 'user manual' for leaders, where one can share their leadership style, aspects of their personality, and some recommendations for how to effectively work together with new employees or teammates.

A couple of days later, one of my colleagues commented how much she wished she could have a quick insight to share with others about my thinking, my philosophy, and how I work.

And this document was born.
